1879 Issue Introduction Commencing in 1879 De La Rue & Company began using the key plate designs for the printing of Antigua stamps needed to conform to Universal Postal Union (UPU) rates. Two different plates were used to print each denomination. Specimens section includes about the information of the Specimen overprints. The Issued Stamps sections shows mint and used examples.
