National Express & Transportation, imprint cover addressed to ex Confederate General Daniel Ruggles, Fredericksburg, Virginia, 3c rose (#65) tied and 'Fredericksburg Va May 31" postmark, likely an 1865 usage that originated from an area without re-established US post office and carried out of the mails into Fredericksburg, cover wrinkles at left, very fine usage $1,000
